Australian soldier Ben Cross returns home from the bloody streets of Kabul, Afghanistan. He’s a changed man with one thing on his mind - to settle an old score from his past. Ben sets off on a backpacking mission into the outback of Australia. On the lonely back roads a dark secret awaits him...

The Backpacker is a feature film directed by Dion Boland and starring Vincent Stone. The film enjoyed limited theatrical release in Australia before being picked up by US distributor ITN. The Backpacker has been distributed across the UK, Canada and the USA.
